This panel shows the masta data of the company.

Additional to the company data you can see the masta data of the chosen contact person.
The Zusätzliche Attribute vorhanden signal that there existing additionel attributes, otherwise it is keine Zusätzlichen Attribute vorhanden.

Through <font color="darkorange"><b>Parent companies</b></font> und <font color="darkorange"><b>Child companies</b></font> you can see each relation.The activ view is boldface.

This panel shows the current incidents of the company.

This panel owns different tabs so you can see the incidents <font color="darkorange"><b>of contacts</b></font>, <font color="darkorange"><b>of company</b></font> or <font color="darkorange"><b>as business associate</b></font>. The table is sorted downwards according to the creation date.

In the 2. column you can see if an incident ist linked to another incident in a linked system.

5. Contracts
Contracts Rights to display contracts: Vertragsmanagement
All contracts of the company will be shown at the <font color="darkorange"><b>Companycockpit</b></font> and <font color="darkorange"><b>Customercockpit</b></font> when you are allowed to see it.

The panel shows all configuration items assigned to the company.

This panel owns different tabs so you can see the configuration items <font color="darkorange"><b>of contact</b></font>, <font color="darkorange"><b>of company</b></font> or <font color="darkorange"><b>all contacts</b></font>.

The table is sorted downwards after the last date of change of the configuration item.

The <font color="darkorange"><b>Dynamic cockpit</b></font> provides you with the facility to create your own view of the <font color="darkorange"><b>customercockpits</b></font>.

Meine Cockpits

Supsequently you have created your first customer-/ contact person- or companycockpit you can call them out of the register <font color="darkorange"><b>My Cockpits</b></font>. The datas will be shown in the chosen view. The cockpits können <font color="darkorange"><b>Benutzer</b></font> oder <font color="darkorange"><b>Mandanten</b></font> gebunden sein.

Remote Incidents

Remote Anfragen sind Anfragen aus einem anderen 1stAnswer System, dass aber mit Ihrem verbunden ist (Mandantenkonzept).
Öffnen der Remote Anfragen über folgende Rechte: Case.Remote.Edit oder Case.Remote.Display.

<font color="darkorange"><b>Kundencockpit:</b></font>
Es werden immer die Remote Anfragen des aktuell geöffneten Ansprechpartners angezeigt. Der Kunde in der Remote Anfrage ist dabei nicht relevant.
Hier kann die Sicht auf die Anfragen über die Tabs <font color="darkorange"><b>dieses Asp.</b></font>, <font color="darkorange"><b>dieser Firma</b></font> oder <font color="darkorange"><b>als Geschäftspartner</b></font> gefiltert werden. Zu sehen sind alle Remote Anfragen bei denen der geöffneten Ansprechpartner der Kunde der ursprünglichen Anfrage ist.

Die Anfragen werden auf drei Reiter aufgeteilt: <font color="darkorange"><b>dieses Ansprechpartners</b></font>, <font color="darkorange"><b>dieser Firma</b></font>, <font color="darkorange"><b>als Geschäftspartner</b></font>.Zur Anzeige dieses Panels wird das Recht Case.Show.Relations benötigt. Hier werden nur die Remote Anfragen der Firma angezeigt. Zu sehen sind alle Remote Anfragen von denen einer der Ansprechpartner der Firma der Kunde der ursprünglichen Anfrage ist.

Hier werden Ihnen die Stammdaten des Kunden angezeigt, dessen Kundencockpit Sie geöffnet haben. Diese beinhalten den Firmennamen der er als Ansprechpartner zugeordnet wurde und die Anschrift des Kunden/ Ansprechpartners.
