Service Management

Out of the Incident you can search after a adaquate technician date with the <font color="darkorange"><b>service management</b></font>.

Through the Technician Schedule you can see which technician has time to assume your date.

A technician date is a task and will be saved in the corresponding Incident. It is possible for an Incident to take multiple technician dates.

The Service menue

The menue <font color="darkorange"><b>Service</b></font> contains the <font color="darkorange"><b>Technician Schedule</b></font>, the <font color="darkorange"><b>System Allocation Table</b></font> and the <font color="darkorange"><b>Task list or Tasks</b></font>.
The Service-Management afford all pros for the technician schedule and task coordination.
