The following fields are available:

| Status | - | At creation of the task it is on status scheduled by default. At this point you can't change the status only at the editing later. |
| Description | free text (Mandatory field) | Here you have to enter a description what should be done. |
| Configuration Item | selection (Mandatory field) | This will be add automatically but can be changed by you. |
| planned start date planned end date | Calender and time mode (Mandatory field) | This will be add automatically but can be changed by you. In addition, you can add a time. |
| actual start date | Calender and time mode | At this point the person who edit this task enter the real time he started. |
| actual end date | Calender and time mode | At this point the person who edit this task enter the real time he finished the task. |
| accounting hours | numeric value | After finishing the task the person enter the hours he needed. |
| accounting info | free text | |
| Person in charge | selection (Mandatory field) | There is a selection of all available persons where you can add one person as person in charge. |
| Task type | selection | There is a selection of all available types where you can add the one you need. |
| is relevant for downtime | Checkbox | |
| is private | Checkbox | If the customer does not see the task set the check at this point. |
| E-mail notification | Checkbox | The person in charge will get an email about this task if this chebox is activate. |
| SMS notification | Checkbox | The person in charge will get a SMS about this task if this chebox is activate. |
