System Allocation Table

The menue <font color="darkorange"><b>Service -> System Allocation Table</b></font>.

Menue

The following display appears:
System Allocation Table

  1. You can decide which Ci/ category is displayed at 2. by set the check.
  2. Here are all chosen Ci/ category displayed.
  3. The date.
  4. This symbol is used to create a new task for the Ci/ category in which column you are.

Add new task for a Ci

Click on this New Task symbol inside the column of the Ci and date you want to create a task.


Inside the following view:

  1. the name of the Ci's and the date of the day the task is designed for will be fill out automatically.
  2. You can add a additional descripton
  3. and add a task through this button.

Add task to ci

The following fields are available:
Fill out for new task

ID - Automatically add by system.
Status - At creation of the task it is on status scheduled by default. At this point you can't change the status only at the editing later.
Description free text
(Mandatory field)
Here you have to enter a description what should be done.
Configuration Item selection
(Mandatory field)
This will be add automatically but can be changed by you.
planned start date
planned end date
Calender and time mode
(Mandatory field)
This will be add automatically but can be changed by you. In addition, you can add a time.
actual start date Calender and time mode At this point the person who edit this task enter the real time he started.
actual end date Calender and time mode At this point the person who edit this task enter the real time he finished the task.
accounting hours numeric value After finishing the task the person enter the hours he needed.

Person in charge selection
(Mandatory field)
There is a selection of all available persons where you can add one person as person in charge.
Task type selection There is a selection of all available types where you can add the one you need.
is relevant for downtime Checkbox
is private Checkbox If the customer does not see the task set the check at this point.
E-mail notification Checkbox The person in charge will get an email about this task if this chebox is activate.
SMS notification Checkbox The person in charge will get a SMS about this task if this chebox is activate.

After saving you find your created task

  • at the Task pool or
    Task at task management pool
  • at the System Allocation Table
    Task at System Allocation Table
