Menu: <font color="darkorange"><b>Service -> Technician Schedule</b></font>
At the calender click on the <font color="darkorange"><b>Service Call</b></font> whose <font color="darkorange"><b>Service Report</b></font> you want to open.
A window will appear where you have to click on <font color="darkorange"><b>Open Service Call</b></font>:
Now the default menu will open.
Please click on <font color="darkorange"><b>Service Report</b></font> ⇓:
At the mask of <font color="darkorange"><b>Service Report</b></font> you can fill enter the following points:

When you are ready click on
at the <font color="darkorange"><b>I want to</b></font>-panel.
Now the Service Report is ready and saved.

<font color="red" size=+1>NEW!</font>Now in one row: ID & Description | free text | Here you can specify which material you have needed for your appointment. New description and ID is one field. For the search you can use the full-text search to find the right CI. The <font color="red"><b>Condition</b></font> for the full-text search is that the CIs have assigned the attribute groupe Material. |
| Quantity | numeric | At the creation of a CI which has assigned the attribute group Material can be given with a default value for the amount and price. If they are not what you need you can change them immediately in the fields amount and price. |
| Date Created | - | The date is set automatically by system. |
| Price | numeric | Look at the description of Quantity. |
| Sum | - | Click on to add the position and the sum calculated (=material*price). |
| 2. Service | ||
The same like Used Material.<font color="red"><b>Attention:</b></font> The CIs have to assigned the attribute groupe Service and not <font color="darkorange"><b>Material</b></font>. |

| Here you can write down additional information about the Service call. For e.g. if there was a failure or what to observe next time. | ||
| 4. Diagnostic | ||
| Depending which attribute groupe is assigned you can make additional notes. | ||
| 5. Document and Attachement | ||
| For uploading documents to the Service call. | ||
