To show a remote incident

You want to display a incident which is located in a remote system?

Please go to your incident and click on “Relations”.

Now you see all exist request which are in a other client/System.
To view the incident, please click on .

The incident is displayed now.

Edit a incident on remote

Please display the associated incident.
You have the ability to edit a incident, please click into the details of the incident.

The incident will be displayed in edit mode and can be changed now.
