Create a remote incident

<note tip>This function is available in Version 4.2.</note>

You want to create an incident in a different client/system?
1) Please click on Create Remote Incidentat the <font color="orange"><b>I want to</b></font>-panel in your open Incident.

2) Now select the remote system on which the incident should be created and then click on OK.

3) You are now in the remote system. This is the usual view of the incident.
Type the problem description once only and/or you can add attributes and file attachments.
Then click on <font color="orange"><b>Save and Assign to Me</b></font>.

4) Please click on the tab <font color="orange"><b>Course of Solution</b></font>.

5) Now you have the ability to add comments and attachments to the incident.
Please insert a check mark in <font color="orange"><b>Send to remote system</b></font>.
Then click on <font color="orange"><b>Save</b></font> (7.).

6) Under the mask you see all the comments, file attachments, and the solutions which included in the incident.
In the info, you can see all the associated incidents which are in other systems.

7) Comments and file attachments, you can always send to the associated incident.
To send a object, click the right mouse button on the object, then <font color="orange"><b>Send to remote system</b></font>.
