Menu: Settings → customer survey
When you close an Incident the system will send an Email to a customer with the request to participate in a survey. The Email contains a link to the survey. You do not need to login when you access the website. you can generate and administrate surveys via this mask.
To create a new survey, you just have to click on the
New symbol in the I want to panel. The following window will appear:
You can enter the following information:
| Survey name | Here you should enter a name for the survey. This name will also appear in the Incident detail view later on. |
| survey text | Here you should enter a text which describes the survey. |
| Question 1 - Question 10 | Here you should enter the question that the customer is suppose to answer. |
| Comment | Here you can enter a free text |
To create potential answers for the survey, you just have to click on the name of the survey.
The survey settings will appear:
To create a new potential answer, you have to click on the
New symbol.
The following data can be entered:
| Answer | Here you can enter the potential answers. The potential answers will be displayed when the customer takes the survey. |
| Internal value | Here you can enter the internal value. The internal value will not be displayed for the customer, but it will be used for the data export. |
The customer can chose an answers in the survey by selecting the appropriate box:
In order to create a translation for a survey, you just have to click on the name of the survey.
The survey settings will appear:
Texts can be adapted into other languages by clicking on thetranslate icon.
After you created the translation you have to click on the
Save symbol in the toolbar so that all changes will be stored.
By default, all newly created surveys are deactivated. You have to activate a survey so that the customers can participate in one.
To activate a survey you have to set the checkbox (
) in the Activecolumn of the selected survey. The survey Emails will only be send to the customers of the particular Incident after you activated it .
<note information>Once a survey is completed then all users with the right Case.SendEmail.Internal and who has closed the case get a email. </note>
