Menu: Settings → Technician qualification

1. click in the icon “New” in the I want to panel.
2. Enter a translation and a name for the qualification.
3. Click on save (3).
4. You enter further translations afert you select a different language (4).

1. Click on edit icon(1) in the Qualification chart.
2. Select a locale (2)
3. Enter a new name or change the value (3).
4. Click on save (4).

Click on the delte icon in the qualification chart. The selected qualification as well as the assigned technician will be deleted, after you confirmed your selection.
