Out of the Incident you can search after a adaquate technician date with the service management.
Through the Technician Schedule you can see which technician has time to assume your date.
A technician date is a task and will be saved in the corresponding Incident. It is possible for an Incident to take multiple technician dates.

The menue Service contains the Technician Schedule, the System Allocation Table and the Task list or Tasks.
